ICT has improved communication when filipinos needed it the most. Radyo Veritas helped success of the People Power Revolution. Text brigades helped in the success of EDSA Dos. Social media sites like Faceook helped in success of the Million People March. Finally, technologies like the People finder helped during comfort to families looking for their loved ones during calamities like Yolanda.

Modern websites add multimedia content sacrificing too much bandwidth This done to give the site visitor a way to interact with what is on website.Multimedia Content could range from videos, sound, online browser-based games, online tests, courseware, podcasts, and vodcasts.

Most websites you see today have embedded Youtube videos on them. To remedy the problem that not everyone has fast internet connection, these Youtube videos can be set to be played ''on-demand'' rather than having them played automatically.
